Thing #18: Web Apps

This is one of the best tools available. It is great for customers who need to use both the internet and a word or excel program. Currently my assistant and I are working on Summer Reading programs for SAIL and Metamorphosis. This is a great tool to use for that project since we don't see each other all the time. The concept is similar to chatting. We are also working on updating some volunteer activities and this would be just as easy as sending the updated documents to each other. Or would it? Do we need to set up another account for both of us to access this instead of just our email? Would we be tempted to do this during off work hours?
